Chromate is used as a rust prevention treatment coating. With the rise in awareness of environmental issues and the demands of customers, there has been a growing desire for higher quality and safer products, starting with the RoHS directive. To supply safer products, we implement quality control, obtain customer certification, and provide our products. Our products do not contain hazardous substances or regulated substances such as RoHS target substances and PFOS compounds. The coating is primarily composed of trivalent chromium and inorganic materials. It has a characteristic of being more resistant to heating after treatment compared to chromate. It is a particularly safe product that meets the EN15205 standard of 0.1μg/cm² for hexavalent chromium leaching.
